Yes – you will need to log out of any other device and then try again on the device that you wish to use.
The EFL does not impose a limit on the number of devices you can use to access your account, however, only one device can access the service at any one time. If another device attempts to access the service using the same account while a stream is already active, you will encounter a "too many devices session" message.
To resolve this issue, ensure you are fully logged out of your account after streaming — do not simply close the tab, browser, or app. If you fail to log out properly, the session will remain open, and you may be blocked from accessing the stream on another device. We also recommend clearing your browser or app cache to remove any stored session information before logging back in.
